The Association of
Directors of Children's Services (ADCS) is the national
leadership Association in England for statutory directors of
children's services and other children's services professionals
in leadership roles.
The
'Out and About' guidance will also include a total review of
the 1997 Health and Safety for Pupils on Educational Visits
(HASPEV) guidance

The
OEAP wholeheartedly support this article and the views
including that HASPEV should be totally reviewed and re
written. To that end the OEAP have started the process with a
proposal for a common framework for visits to be adopted by all
LAs.
