Changes to Fire Safety Laws

The Government is planning a reform of the Fire Safety Laws for non-domestic properties in England and Wales.

Part of this will make Fire Certificates no longer valid, this is replaced with a requirement to Risk Assess and implement any fire precautions. Details at:
